Randy Samelson, President, 59
Randy is a private investor in stocks, commodities, land and real estate development. He has served on the boards of International Bible Society, Pontiac Rescue Mission, Harvest Table, and Colorado Springs Christian School. Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. (Mr. Samelson is also a member of the board of directors.)
Linda Carroll, Managing Director, 45
Linda has served as both a pioneer/leader in the school choice movement and a trusted advisor to many high profile business and political leaders. She is the founder and former board member of two charter schools, and serves on the Colorado State Commission on Judicial Performance. Linda graduated from Westmont College.

Bret Dalton, 49
Bret is a principal with an executive search firm. He holds an advanced degree from the University of North Carolina and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also serves on the boards of Think, Inc., Gegrapha, and Development Associates International.
Jack Modesett, Jr., 71
Jack is in the real estate development and investment business. He is the Chairman of the Board of Christianity Today and holds a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University.

Fred Smith, Sr., 1915-2007 (Founding board member)
Fred was an internationally noted author, speaker and management consultant who advised and mentored leaders for nearly 60 years. He was a contributing editor to Leadership and a past director of Christianity Today, Youth for Christ and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.
Mark Taylor, Chairman, 57
Mark is the president of Tyndale House Publishers, Inc and president of the Tyndale Foundation. He is an author and editor and has a BA degree from Duke University. Mark also is the chair of Wheaton Liquor Control Commission, the vice-chair of Taylor University board, and serves as treasurer on the Outreach Community Ministries board and the Evangelical Christian Education Ministries, Inc. board.

CE Crouse, 61
CE is co-founder and partner of Capin-Crouse, a regional accounting firm specializing in religious, not-for-profit organizations. He is Chairman of the Board of Asbury College and also serves as the vice-chair of the Christian Leadership Alliance board. CE holds a degree from the University of Kentucky.
Len Crowley, 59
Len is a pastor who has trained church leaders and pastors on four continents over 27 years. Prior to entering into Christian ministry, Len worked in real estate investment and college development. He has served on the International Executive Committee of SEND International and on the boards of directors for Michigan Family Forum and the Michigan Theological Seminary. Len holds degrees from Carleton College and Talbot Theological Seminary.
Dee Ring Martz, 59
Dee is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in life transitions, loss and grief, and depression. She graduated from Kansas State University and the University of Northern Colorado.
